About this event
Consultation events provide a valuable opportunity for students, parents/carers, and tutors to work together to review progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for development. Through one-to-one discussions, students receive personalised feedback and clear guidance on their next steps, helping them discuss next steps and stay on track and making informed decisions about their future - whether that’s university, an apprenticeship, or employment.
- What happens at a consultation event?
During the event, you will be able to:
- Meet subject tutors to discuss progress and performance
- Review attendance, coursework, and predicted grades
- Identify strengths and areas for development
- Ask questions and get personalised advice.
Students are encouraged to attend with a parent or carer to ensure everyone is informed and supported. Senior staff will be available for consultation. Please ask a member of the Welcome Team if you would like to speak to a senior member of staff during the evening.
The Welcome Team can also take queries and book follow-up appointments for support departments. Key contacts for some of our support departments are listed below.
