Recall, Don’t Just Read
- Recalling information (without looking at notes) strengthens memory.
- Space out recall: daily, weekly, and monthly for long-term memory.
- Struggling is normal – it means your brain is working!
- Tip: Cover your notes and explain the topic out loud.

Practise Skills
