The typical college timetable will be amended for the vast majority of students on Monday, 24, and Tuesday, 25 November.
All students studying A Levels, vocational courses, and preparation route courses will NOT have lessons on these dates.
Employers and apprentices have also been informed that some apprenticeship sessions at the college will also NOT take place on these days.
Some Higher Education courses and part-time professional qualification courses WILL still take place. Course teachers will advise students who will be expected to attend their lessons as normal.
The changes to the timetables will enable the activities listed below to take place.
Monday 24 November
Find your Future, one of our crucial career events, will take place on Monday, November 24, at our English Bridge Campus. This event is for all students across the three campuses.
As this is a significant opportunity to learn about progressing to university, an apprenticeship, or employment, all students are encouraged to attend. Therefore, there will be no lessons on this day to accommodate attendance.
Students will have access to a higher education fair with over 50 university stands to explore higher education progression and some gap year providers.
Career talks and a volunteering exhibition will run in conjunction with the Higher Education Fair. Further information about the organisations attending will be released on Thursday, 20 November.
The live HE Fair runs from 10am to 1 pm and is for students only—parents/carers should not attend.

Tuesday 25 November
