Updates to bus and train services during the winter weather conditions.
Train updates & College buses - Updated 8 am 6 January
- No reports of issues on the college buses this morning, though we may see some delays on the route.
- Buses 96 and 436 are reportedly running, but are late.
- Transport for Wales is also showing delays on the main line from Wales through Newtown, but there is no active alert with more details on the timings of the delays.
- No other active travel warnings from public providers.

- All college buses are confirmed to be running as usual this afternoon.

Due to forecasted severe weather -
- between Shrewsbury (SHR) and Manchester Piccadilly (MAN): Services may be delayed by up to 45 minutes.
- between Cardiff Central (CDF) and Shrewsbury (SHR): Services may be delayed by up to 45 minutes.
- between Swansea (SWA) and Shrewsbury (SHR): Services may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
Transport for Wales expects the incident to last until 12:00 and disruption to services is expected until 16:00.
Public buses - updated 9 am
- 437 Tanat Valley - Broseley bus is late, as reported by the provider on Facebook. Tracking website not showing current location, so no ETA at the moment https://www.facebook.com/TanatValleyCoachesOfficial/?locale=en_GB
- Arriva - There aren't any current alerts, but they do advise about delays.
- Minsterley Motors - two stops not served on the 435 route (Winstanstow & Bushmoor), otherwise all routes into Shrewsbury are running.
