Students get set for ghouls and ghosts galore

Performing Arts students are warning the people of Shropshire to keep their wits about them this weekend at Attingham Park’s Spooky Walks.

The popular self-guided walks, which feature students studying at Shrewsbury College of Arts & Technology, will take place on Sunday 28, Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 October from 6-8pm (last admission 7.30pm).

Students will also perform a variety of spine-tingling songs to continue with the Halloween theme.

“We’ve done a lot of research in preparation for the walks,” said Level 3 Performing Arts student Robyn Marsh. “We’re used to performing on stage, so this is really exciting for us. I’d encourage everyone to come along - it promises to be a lot of fun!”

The walks are not suitable for under eights (at parents’ discretion) and sections of the route involve steps. Visitors must bring their own torches as it will be after dark. Normal grounds admission charges apply.
