That’s why we’re offering a Work-Based Mentor Introduction course — a short, practical training session designed to equip your staff with the skills to effectively mentor apprentices and new employees.
In just 3 guided learning hours, your team members will learn to:
- Use effective interpersonal communication skills
- Provide constructive feedback
- Understand coaching and mentoring techniques
- Support wellbeing and signpost further help when needed
This course is ideal for supervisors, team leads, and managers who are occupationally competent and want to help their apprentices thrive — while also boosting team performance and staff satisfaction.
