Shrewsbury College Students Raise the Roof at Theatre Severn

Shrewsbury College’s Performing Arts students raised the roof at Theatre Severn last week, performing two stunning hours of hits from West End and Broadway shows in their ‘Night at the Musicals’ production.

Singing and dancing to a sell-out audience, the cast of over forty Level 3 BTEC and HNC students demonstrated the depth and breadth of their enormous combined talents.  Curriculum Leader, John O’Connell said: “Performing in a large theatre is always a great experience for our students, many of whom are now progressing on to complete university degrees in Performing Arts subjects or staying on at the College to undertake higher level studies with us. We are immensely proud of our students and what we can offer them at Shrewsbury College.”
