You will provide 1st line technical support for all aspects of computing including; maintenance, installation and support of hardware and software, MS Windows and Apple OSX operating systems. You will support the college’s network infrastructure, audio visual equipment, MFDs, tablets/mobile devices and assist staff and students where appropriate. 37 hours per week to include one evening per week. You must have proven experience of providing first line IT support in a busy environment.
