For students starting courses in September 2017.

You should have already received a letter about your Enrolment details. Please find a guide to the enrolment dates and times below.

Enrolment days and times:

  • Thursday 24 August, 9am-2.30pm - Full-time 2nd year returners
  • Thursday 24 August, 11am-3pm - GCSE results day and Advice guidance day
  • Thursday 24 August, 5pm-7pm - Advice Event all courses
  • Friday 25 August, 9.30am-11.30am - Full-time enrolment for the following areas: Engineering, Motor Vehicle
  • Tuesday 29 August, 9am-4pm - Full-time enrolment for the following areas: Hairdressing, Beauty, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality & Catering, Public Services, Health & Fitness, Sport & Outdoor Activities, Football & Education
  • Tuesday 29 August, 5pm-7pm - Advice Event for all courses
  • Wednesday 30 August, 9am-4pm - Full-time enrolment for the following areas: Health & Social Care, Early Years, Business, IT, Supported Internship
  • Thursday 31 August, 9am-4pm - Full-time enrolment for the following areas: Creative Media, Music Technology, Performing Arts, Art & Design, Fashion, Photography, Access to HE, Brickwork, Carpentry & Joinery, Electrical, Plumbing
  • Thursday 31 August, 4.30pm-7.00pm - HE (Higher Education) courses
  • Thursday 7 September, 5pm-7pm - Advice Event for all courses

HE (Higher Education) courses

What you need to bring with you for enrolment:

  • Proof of all current GCSE qualifications
  • Email address
  • Emergency contact details

You will also need to bring with you some form of personal identification such as:

HE Student Enrolment

Please bring the following to your enrolment:

  • Email address
  • Emergency contact details
  • Evidence of qualifications obtained to meet your offer
  • If accessing funding, the letter from Student Finance confirming fee loan
  • Personal identification (as listed above)

Please note we will be unable to complete your enrolment without this information.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COME ON THE YOUR ALLOCATED DAY, PLEASE RING 01743 342342 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER DAY.

You will have been notified via email or letter if you are required to complete homework over the summer – Please check the Downloads section to the right.
