Entry requirements

No formal qualifications are required, however a keen interest in painting and decorating and an eye for detail would be advantageous

Who is it for?

This course is designed to give you a good understanding of painting and decorating whether you are a total beginner or someone who has some previous knowledge. Progression is available on to the City and Guilds diploma in painting & decorating

What does the course involve?

We will teach you the practical skills required to carry out Painting & Decorating to a high standard. So if you have a project in mind or you just want to learn how to paint or wallpaper then we will tailor the course just for you. The course also covers other skills such as health and safety and environmental sustainability

How is the course assessed?

No formal assessment will be undertaken other than ongoing support and guidance.

Additional costs

You will have to provide your own overalls and steel toe capped boots.

Please bring a pencil and tape measure.
