Travelling to College
For the academic year 2016/17
We want to make travel as easy as possible for our students and you may be eligible for help with travel costs. Please contact Student Services for more information.
College Subsidised Bus Routes
In response to the challenges facing young people with ever increasing bus pass prices and reducing bus service routes in the county we now offer five subsidised bus routes for students:
- Telford bus route calling at Donnington and Wellington
- Ludlow bus route covering Craven Arms/Church Stretton
- Powys bus from Llanidloes covering Welshpool/Newtown/Crewe Green
- Whitchurch/Market Drayton/Shawbury/Hodnet/Battlefield/Shrewsbury
- Bridgnorth bus route calling at Much Wenlock, Cressage and Cross Houses
The College have created bus timetables to suit our students and Student Services can often help students pay for their transportation on these bus routes. Timetables and application forms are shown above (routes shown are for 2016/17 and are subject to change), please complete your application form and return it to the Student Services Helpdesk as soon as possible to ensure that you are allocated a bus pass.
