Shrewsbury College has much to offer adults who want to return to learning.
Whether you want to gain a qualification for a career move or for the great personal satisfaction that comes from learning something new whilst meeting like minded people and making new friends, we will have something for you. We offer a wide range of full-time and part-time courses. We also have evening courses in various locations around Shrewsbury and Shropshire.

The SFA has determined that certain categories of learners should not be required to pay tuition fees. Details of the categories can be found in the SFA’s  2010-2011 funding guidance but includes those in receipt of means tested benefits. The college will not charge tuition fees to these categories of learners. However, such learners will normally be expected to pay examination (or registration) and materials elements.

If you are in receipt of certain benefits then you may not have to pay tuition fees for part-time courses. For help on financial matters please contact the Learner Services team.
