College boosts language classes
Hundreds of evening class students are getting to grips with foreign languages at Shrewsbury College's London Road campus and at Church Stretton School, where the college also runs some classes.
With 13 different languages to organise, co-ordinator Elisabeth Beckett (pictured) has plenty to keep her busy. Places are still available on some courses, with languages to choose from including Arabic, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Chinese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Welsh.
