Descartes Restaurant is the College's commercially run licensed restaurant, giving students the valuable opportunity to work in a professional environment which reflects industry trends and requirements. Training in the restaurant enhances the student's knowledge and skills base, enabling them to progress to a career in the hospitality and catering industry.
